Chief Red Jacket is proud to sponsor the Gerard C. Brandon Society, National Society Children of the American Revolution. Pictured with Chapter Regent Cindy Mangum are members of the society for their annual program for the chapter in January.




Chief Red Jacket Chapter, NSDAR and the Gerard C. Brandon Society, N.S.C.A.R. co-sponsored a Christmas party for the residents of the Nursing Home at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery Medical Center. This is always a highlight of our year.




Chief Red Jacket was privilidged to take part in honoring our Veterans by serving at Brandon's Veterans Day Breakfast. Chapter members were honored to take part in Brandon's observance of the 10th Anniversary of 9/11. The work of our local first responders was recognized by presentation of gifts.




Chief Red Jacket Chapter members attended the Rankin County Memorial Day program. Each year our chapter regent has the honor of presenting the history of the day. It is always a moving ceremony to recognize those who have given so much for our country.




For Arbor Day, Chief Red Jacket Chapter planted a Natchez White crepe myrtle in the Old Brandon Cemetery. This is the third memorial tree planted by the Chapter. Chief Red Jacket Chapter recently designated Old Brandon Cemetery as their historic preservation project.
